Coaching to your Exploration Muscle (Supporting Practice)
Building a habit takes practice, which is where it gets little trickier. Turning theory into habit is a skill and one that often requires external support mechanisms like mentorship and coaching.
The coaching I provide is tailored to enable you to discover and create a path from where you are now, to where you want to be. It focuses on the habits you have and the habits that you would need to add and strengthen to achieve your outcome.
Coaching works best as a series of conversations. These are typically an hour each and every 3 weeks.
