be at Peace

with the process, where you are at, what you have

Why Peace ?

Peace is the point on the compass you need when you are STUCK and you find yourself saying things like, “It shouldn’t be this hard! “

Peace isn’t about the absence of discomfort – it’s about having the capacity to be with whatever arises and still keep going.

Be at peace with the process and discomfort

When you are using the Peace Point you are practicing accepting where you are and moving forward despite uncertainty or challenge. Drawing from my cave diving experience, I have seldom done a new, deep dive and not been anxious or afraid. To do it, I had to accept that this was just how it goes.
Doing new things is uncomfortable. When I make peace with that, I can shift into finding my next step and getting doing.

This is the capacity to accept where you are, what you’re feeling, and what’s happening around you without needing it to be different. Think of it as making peace with the process rather than waiting for perfect conditions. Just as a diver must work with whatever conditions they find underwater, peace is about working with whatever arises rather than waiting for things to feel comfortable or certain. It’s the element that allows exploration to continue even when things feel difficult, making it possible to stay engaged and keep moving forward regardless of how you feel.
